Losing Weight

I used to think it was really hard to lose weight and found myself trying loads of different techniques. I was sup conscious about my weight and didn't want to work out in the gym etc. I found most of the techniques were hard to keep up and i didn't see many results. Until i found this advice, i had been recommended by friends who had also done the same thing. i was a bit skeptical about the idea at first but looking at my friends results and them saying how easy it was i had to try it. I noticed changes quickly and it was also very easy to keep up. I am now a lot happier and much more confident and i also feel healthier.
